Resumen
The spanish sentential structure of the Middle Age Period is a replica of that of Latin in the sence that word order is less important. The oral character of Midieval texts is in a way that it presents phonetic, syntactic and lexical perculiarities. One of the principal aspects of these texts is the poor usage of subordinating conjunctions.
Our attention in this study is centred on cause-effect conjunctions, notably, ca and que, which from the semantic view-point denote multiple values.
