El presente estudio pretende dar a conocer los rasgos fundamentales de la escritura del venezolano Ángel Gustavo Infante, uno de los más sugestivos narradores de las últimas dos décadas en aquel país. Se intenta así trazar un breve itinerario por algunos de sus cuentos que van dando forma a una poética marcada por el tratamiento festivo de lo sórdido.

ABSTRACT:
The present article intends to show the main features of Venezuelan Ángel Gustavo Infante`s writing, one of the most interesting short story writers in the last twenty years in his country. This way we try to sketch a path throughout his tales making up a poetics based on a kind view for the sordidest aspects.
